Hedeskov works across agriculture, forestry, buildings and food systems. Their work is based on a simple premise: human health is shaped by how land is managed, buildings are constructed and food is produced. Hedeskov stewards 200 hectares of land, managed without chemical inputs or heavy mechanical disturbance.
Moraine clays, and sands – deposits from the last ice age – were collected and blended with typha-fiber (Bulrush) to create the internal plasters.
